Job Title: Trainer
Duration: 6-month Contract
Work Type: Onsite (5 Days/Week)
Location: New Castle
One of my client who is the largest consulting firm, is looking for a Trainer. You will play an important role in shaping their workforce through comprehensive training programs that span from new hire induction to advanced management skills.
This is a 6 months contract role and 100% onsite role based in Newcastle.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in working as a Trainer.
- Background in Contact Center or large multi-departmental business environments preferred.
- Proficiency in instructional design and effective teaching methodologies.
- Maintain and update PLSC specific training modules and material, ensuring that the content of the Induction/ New Hire Program and all other training modules is relevant and accurate in line with business process changes
- Strong analytical skills to utilize data and feedback for training enhancement.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint) and e-learning software.
