Senior German Speaking Recruitment Consultant
Birmingham (Hybrid) (initial Contract role)
£30,000 - £40,000 p/a
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a huge, multi-national transport company. They are looking to bring part of their German recruitment function into the Birmingham head office, and are looking for a fluent German speaking Recruitment Consultant to come on board and join the team!
The Senior German Speaking Recruitment Consultant role will initially be a 6-month fixed term contract, but is likely to become a permanent position beyond that.
Duties and responsibilities of a Senior German Speaking Recruitment Consultant include (but are not limited to):
- Overseeing a team of 2 inidividuals and the german speaking operation
- Sifting through a high volume of applications and making initial contact with hopeful candidates
- Video calls with candidates explaining the role and process, and extracting relevant compliance information
- Continue to be the main point of contact throughout the process, building and fostering relationships with candidates
The candidates will:
- Be a fluent German speaker
- Experience in a recruitment role is ESSENTIAL
- Fantastic written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
- Have the ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally
- Excellent telephone manner and proactive work ethic
