My client is a leading British manufacturing business with operations across the globe. They are seeking a Test Manager who is experienced in SAP to join their team.
This is a permanent role with hybrid working, based in Manchester.
Description
- Manage all aspects of quality testing within the technology department.
- Develop and implement test strategies to ensure product quality.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of tests.
- Analyse test results and provide actionable feedback.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards in all testing procedures.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of quality assurance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align testing strategies with business goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the testing team.
Profile
- Strong background in test planning, execution, and management across types of testing (functional, integration, system, UAT).
- Experience of managing testing on SAP projects.
- Ability to analyse requirements, risks, and to prioritize testing efforts based on complexity and impact.
- Proficiency in project management practices (agile/waterfall) with the ability to oversee testing deliverables.
- Experience in leading testing teams, with the capacity to mentor, motivate, and manage team dynamics.
- Familiarity with test automation tools, test management software, and continuous integration/delivery practices.
Job Offer
- Salary range of up to £66,000 depending on experience
