Location: Bishops Waltham
Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)
About the Company:
Our client, a well-established and reputable company in the Bishops Waltham area, is seeking to recruit a secretary to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a traditional company that values a friendly, family-like atmosphere within a beautiful working environment. The role is office-based Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively within a small, supportive team.
- Answer telephone calls and accurately relay messages.
- Meet and greet clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Perform audio typing for correspondence and reports.
- Prepare company particulars.
- Manage filing systems effectively.
- Provide general secretarial support as required.
Requirements:
- Well-presented with a professional approach.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Highly organised and efficient.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Stable career history.
- Competency in IT skills, including MS Word and Excel.
Ideal Candidate:
This role is perfect for someone with a background as a legal, medical secretary or similar who enjoys typing and is looking for a position within a friendly, traditional firm.
