Facilities Engineer
- Annual Salary: £33,333
- Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire (This role is full time and based onsite at RAF Cranwell or RAF Barkston Heath)

The successful candidate must be eligible to undergo SC Clearance vetting for this role. (having this already is a bonus)
Join our team as a Facilities Engineer at our site in Sleaford, Lincolnshire. In this role, you'll be instrumental in maintaining a safe, legally compliant, and functional built environment through effective delivery of maintenance tasks.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver hands-on M&E maintenance support for a range of commercial and hangar buildings.
- Ensure statutory compliance and high levels of system reliability.
- Host and manage visiting supply chain and review method and risk assessments.
- Administer the safe system of work including the issue of permits to work.
- Create and produce risk and method statements for in-house reactive and planned tasks.
- Maintain building compliance records using the CAFM System.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Package including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Recognised qualification in a building service discipline.
- Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection Act.
- Working understanding of COSHH and completed H&S training (such as IOSH).
- Water Hygiene knowledge for Legionella (L8) and awareness of Water Hygiene management.
- Machine operations to IPAF 3a and 3b.
- Hold or working towards Membership of an associated Professional Institute.
- NEBOSH General Certificate or IOSH Facilities Management (4 Day) Qualification.
- Ability to achieve and maintain SC Clearance.
