Job Title: Mental Health Practitioner
Trust: Herefordshire and Worcestershire NHS Trust
Location: CAMHS Crisis and Home Treatment Team - across county - base will be either Aconbury (Worcester), Kidderminster Health Centre or Redditch Town Hall
Ward: CAMHS Crisis and Home Treatment Team - Worcestershire
Shift Patterns: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 17.00pm

What you can add:
- Manage clinical risk within the team
- Act as key worker for individual caseloads
- Promote knowledge of mental health and prevention of mental health illness
- Carry out evidence-based triage assessments
What you'll need:
- The creativity to solve problem and tackle obstacles in new ways
- Experience working as a case manager in child and adolescents' mental health
- Evidence in good practice in child and mental health assessments
- Post registration experience in mental health care including mental health assessment and risk assessment
In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of
- Relevant Qualifications
- Registration with the relevant Registration Body if applicable.
