About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
- Conduct title checks, draft, review, and prepare legal documents, and communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm policies.
- Deliver outstanding client service, maintaining effective communication throughout the conveyancing process.
- Contribute to the firm's business development by leveraging your client following and fostering new client relationships.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and other legal documentation as required.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- A proactive and client-focused approach to work.
