An Exciting opportunity has become available working as an Accounts Assistant within a Global manufacturing and wholesales company on an interim basis in the Coventry area. This position is ideal for an individual with an outgoing personality who possesses a foundation level of experience or background within the finance industry along with a degree of practical work-based experience under their belt. The Accounts Assistant role entails the general duties of processing invoices and expense forms, reconciliation of financial accounts and working alongside Sales/Purchase Ledgers.
Skills Required:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills needed to effectively maintain solid client relationships and provide good customer service.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to keep track of company expenditure and preparation of customer accounts.
- Have previous experience in an accounts-based role, along with knowledge of accounts payable and receivable job functions.
- Have experience in using financial software or Microsoft Excel is preferable but not essential as spreadsheets will need to be regularly maintained.
