Robert Walters have been engaged by a truly global client to assist in recruiting for a Finance Project Manager to join them on a fixed term contract basis until the end of 2024. The role presents an excellent opportunity for extension due to volume and size of the projects and would form a really important part of a large team.
This role is incredibly varied and you would be working across 5 different projects in the team where you would work as part of a team responsible for the the strategic delivery of projects, specifically within the Accounts Receivable team.
The aim of these projecs are to reduce manual workload and speed up claims and verifications both internally and externally.
Additional key responsibilities of this role include:
- Process mapping of existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation. Designing and implementing to be process to fulfil company strategy and business objectives.
- Improve day to day working within the AR team to bring in efficiencies
- Develop programmes and processes to reduce error in the current systems
- Work closely across Finance teams to align the businesses and remove blockers
Who would be successful in this role:
- Experienced Project Manager who is used to parachuting into a large scale business and helping to deliver projects on time
- Can work independently to drive project initiatives forward
- Works to a structured framework with experience of Prince 2 and Agile
- Understanding of RPA tools such as power automate and automatic anywhere to automate repeatable processes
Our client is looking to hire ASAP with a FTE salary on offer of £69,000 - £74,000 with benefits.
