OCDEA - SAP Assessor

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing energy and sustainability consultancy based in Borehamwood. They are on the lookout for an experienced OCDEA to get the ground running and work on numerous residential and commercial projects.
An OCDEA will be responsible for:
- Producing SAP assessments and EPCs, whilst developing and building client relationships through the provision of technical support
- Producing energy reports for planning stages and getting these reports delivered to clients within deadlines
- Work alongside clients and provide highly technical solutions to meet their sustainability requirements throughout all stages of development
The ideal OCDEA will have:
- An OCDEA accreditation through a credible company such as Elmhurst
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience within an SAP Assessor role, having demonstratable experience producing commercial EPC's
- It would be beneficial to have experience with software's such as SBEM to carryout SAP calculations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
