The role offers a hybrid working pattern and is situated within state of the art contemporary offices.
DAY TO DAY:
Reviewing the receivable ledger daily
Following up on previous requests for payment
Importing information between Navision and SAP accounting systems
Allocating the income payments to SAP
Daily sales invoicing from Navision
Chasing debts by sending statements, reminder calls and emails
Inputting invoices onto the customer portals, ensuring timely payment can be received
Resolving all customer queries
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
Previous experience in credit control
An organised and methodical approach
An ability to problem solve
