The Company:
Nigel Wright are delighted to be recruiting an Accounts Payable Assistant.. This roles offers a hybrid model of up to 3 days per week from home / 2 days office.
The Role:
- Ensure payments are made correctly, in a timely manner.
- Preparing and linking supporting documentation for each payment;
- Covering other payment roles as necessary;
- Dealing with initial internal and external queries
- General administration where required
- Using banking and accounting software;
- Identifying errors and providing all necessary backups/reports for a correction;
The Person:
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Able to demonstrate previous experience in a transactional role within finance.
- Good communication skills, verbal and written;
- Microsoft Excel skills;
