Seeking dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Representatives to join a growing team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with products and services.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.30.
1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
2. Provide product information, technical assistance, and troubleshooting support to customers experiencing issues with our solutions.
3. Manage customer accounts, including updating account information, processing orders, and tracking shipments.
4. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide timely feedback.
5. Log and track customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate records and documentation.
6. Identify trends in customer inquiries and escalate potential product or service issues to the appropriate teams.
7. Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current on industry developments and improve customer support skills.
MS Office essential with intermediate Excel required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or service role, preferably within the technology industry.
