Who are we looking for?
The Supply Register have recently proudly partnered with a College Group and are therefore recruiting for our Further Education division.
We are seeking a Senior Partnership Executive to join us in our London team. The ideal candidate will have experience working within Further Education and be seeking a full time opportunity. You should have a proven track record of providing an outstanding service to clients & must be passionate about the Further Education sector.
Roles & Responsibilities
- To build excellent relationships with key stakeholders at partner Colleges
- Coordinate all staffing requests across all colleges & faculties
- Work alongside a Resourcing & Compliance Officer to provide an excellent candidate journey for all teaching and non-teaching staff
- Interview candidates for long term & permanent vacancies
- Regularly meet with clients on site to develop & strengthen relationships
- Work collaboratively with our partnership agencies to ensure that the College requirements are met
- Effectively head hunt and be able to fill a wide range of vacancies across the client portfolio
- Develop new candidate attraction methods in order to attract the best talent for our Colleges
- Conduct regular reviews and visits to all college sites
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working in an account management or recruitment consultant role
- Excellent interpersonal skills and must be passionate about delivering an excellent service
- The confidence and motivation to work independently
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to network
- Motivation & drive to succeed and grow with the company
In return, The Supply Register can offer:
- A basic salary of £25,000 to £35,000 dependant on skill set and experience
- Hybrid working from home office space
- Twenty-five days plus birthday and public holidays per year (Increasing by 1 day each year to 29 days)
