The Aspiring Teacher role is open NOW! Join the supportive, inclusive Witney, Oxfordshire based role. They are seeking to appoint an Aspiring Teacher to join the team. This Oxfordshire Primary School has the ethos to train and cultivate talent, starting from the teaching staff!

This opportunity will allow you to get your foot in with a supportive Primary School, with progression opportunities for graduates/anyone with a degree 2:1 to take a QTS/PGCE teacher training course.

  • Contract - 12 months
  • £83 - £90 per day. Salary post Teacher training £30+!

  • KS1/KS2 - ages 7 - 11 years
  • Weekday role!
  • Located in Witney - a UK driving license and access to your own car is desirable.

By joining the Witney Primary school you will be supporting and shadowing KS1/KS2 qualified teachers. Being able to develop into a successful Teacher.

Perfect for - Psychology, Criminology, STEM and English Graduates!

Candidates will be energetic and passionate about their input into the Oxford KS1/KS2 child's education. The Aspiring Teacher will be supporting the children in their numeracy and literacy within UK National Curriculum and ensure each child is fulfilled and understand the learning objective for each lesson.

SEN opportunities at the Primary schools are extensive, if this was to be something the graduate was interested in or passionate about. A select minority of the Oxfordshire students struggle with ASD, Autism, Dyslexia or challenging behaviour from challenging home lives. 1:1 or group support may be required.
