THE ROLE:

This position is ideal for recent graduates eager to start their careers in a supportive and progressive environment. No prior experience in recruitment is necessary, as we offer specialised training programs tailored to each individual. This ensures you gain the skills and knowledge needed to excel and make the most of your career in recruitment. At eNL, you will also receive external training programs offered by The Pertemps Network Group and the Recruitment and Employment Confederation.

THE CANDIDATE:

We are seeking motivated, dedicated graduates who are eager to build a successful career in recruitment. We want to hear from confident individuals who have the confidence to use their existing legal knowledge, or skills gained from your time at university or other employment, and who are able to work to strict deadlines whilst managing a busy desk. Strong communication skills are essential as well as the ability to work both independently and within a team

We offer a competitive base salary, an uncapped commission structure, along with many other benefits and incentives. The successful candidate will receive 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays, death in service, a contributory pension and a plethora of incentives.
