Paraplanner Team Leader
Location - St Albans
Salary £38,000 - £50,000
Are you a Paraplanner who is looking to work in an established wealth planning practice who can offer the following:
- Fantastic processes and procedures and established management structure, leading to a positive working atmosphere and high staff retention
- Hybrid working of up to 1.5 days a week from home
- Full exam support through to Chartered and the scope to be a Paraplannin Team leader

The role would be based at their office in St Albans and entail:
- Working primarily with 2 Advisers including one of the Directors of the business but supporting other advisers as and when necessary
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is crucial
- Drafting suitability reports and cash flow forecasting. Supporting and mentoring more junior Paraplanners within the team
- There is hybrid working available with 1.5 x days working from home (after probation). Full range of benefits and salary up to £50,000 depending upon experience and qualifications.
