Part-time Bookkeeper - 16 hours per week, days/times to suit - Office based - Ryton
Small - no fills business - looking to organise cash, card payment and bacs. Organise their accounts and get everything sorted. All-round accounts and bookkeeping role support a small, local group of companies in Ryton, Tyne and WearAll aspects of bookkeeping from VAT returns, to filing dormant accounts and completing payroll for around 15 staff.
Part-time (16 hours), flexibility around days/times. £13 - £14 per hour.
Looking for an experienced bookkeeper who will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, processing small payroll and conducting other tasks related to finance.
Fantastic accounts role for someone local who needs part-time hours to work around their life! You must be experienced in all aspects of bookkeeping, you will be using Sage 50 accounts and Moneysoft for payroll.

Work for a well-established local business who cover the whole of the UK and Ireland. It's a busy office with small, tight-knit team. We need someone reliable, well organised and confident dealing with financial data and able to produce clear financial reports.
We're looking for:
- Accounting qualification (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Payroll Manager
- Strong organisational and analytical skills, detail orientated
- Honesty with discretion is paramount for this role to deal with sensitive and confidential information appropriately and keeping data private.
Role Responsibilities:
- Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
- Provide regular financial reports (monthly and yearly)
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- VAT returns
- Ensure timely processing of small monthly and small weekly payrolls.
