Job Title: Mortgage Broker - 5 Positions Available (Home Based, Employed-Full Time)

  • Income Guarantee for Mortgage Advisers with previous Mortgage and Protection sales experience**: Receive up to a £50,000 minimum salary guarantee for the first 12 months. (Applies to Mortgage Brokers with at least 18 months previous Mortgage and Protection sales experience). (Guarantee is provided without any contractual claw back agreement)
  • Grow your earnings: All our Advisers are able to increase their earning year on year and we expect your OTE in year two to increase to £60K+.

  • Employed Role: All of our Mortgage Advisers have the security of full time, permanent employment.

  • Full Admin Support: We provide all our Advisers with full admin and case progression support leaving them more time to sell.

The New Home Group Role Details:

Basis: Full Time Employed Role.

Location: Home based role for Advisers who are living in the vicinity of major towns across Scotland or England but most areas considered within reason.

Target Applicant: You must be a fully CeMAP qualified Mortgage Adviser with a minimum of 24 months residential mortgage and protection advice experience to be considered.

Salary Year One***: In your first year of employment we will provide a 12 months minimum guaranteed earnings promise which is negotiable up to £50.000 and to a comparable level, in line with your current earnings, providing peace of mind while you undergo training and build a fresh pipeline.

Salary Year Two***: After your guarantee expires you will receive a basic salary of £35K with a realistic 75K+OTE,

Salary Year Three onwards: (See promotional Tiers below)

Working Hours: Full time Mon-Fri + alternate Saturdays.

Timeline: Start Date November 25th 2024.

The New Homes Group Adviser Promise (TNHG):

Mortgage Advisers working for TNHG are never required to make cold calls to source their own mortgage appointments, TNHG will always provide Advisers with all their weekly appointments.

We call our appointments pre signup appointments because they already have a pre agreed AIP already in place and historically have a signup rate in excess of 90%, appointments will be a mix of telephone appointments and potentially some face-to-face appointments which will involve some travel in your local area.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent inter-personal and presentation skills, with outstanding communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and simple format.
  • Minimum of 18 Months demonstrable customer facing mortgage sales experience, with Full CeMAP mortgage qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience of Financial Services sales and an understanding of compliance regulations.
  • Highly competent Microsoft Office user, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Full driving licence and use of own car.
