Paraplanner to Adviser - Wolverhampton - £40k - £45k - Full study support to Chartered status

Posted by Financial Divisions.

We are recruiting a Paraplanner for our client who is a boutique financial advisory company that has established a solid reputation for offering customers throughout the UK the best guidance possible on, investments, retirement planning, trusts, mortgages tax planning and pensions. The company employs about 12 people in total, including 6 advisers who work with families, pensioners, City professionals, and SME owners who have assets ranging from £200k to multiple millions. This will be a great move for you as a Paraplanner if you're hoping to join an entrepreneurial and forward-thinking company because of its very ambitious plans for growth and expansion.

For a Paraplanner who has completed or is nearing completion of their diploma, the Managing Director is establishing a new position inside the company. You will be answering to a Paraplanning Lead and collaborating directly with six advisers in the company. Attending client meetings and working on technical problems with clients who have large sums of money to invest will be part of your experience. Regarding the career opportunities available to a candidate, the Directors are quite transparent. A paraplanner with a level 4 diploma who is qualified or almost qualified for the position and wants to pursue chartered status would be a good fit for it.

Our client can provide this path for a Paraplanner if your goal is to become a Financial Planner. The company is expanding as a result of multiple referrals and recommendations, so there is a real opportunity for the appropriate individual who demonstrates promise to be an advisor. Offering a great benefits package including dental care, 25 days of vacation time, hybrid work schedule, and pension contributions, this is a very safe and fulfilling employment. Depending on your experience level, the directors are aiming to give a basic salary of between £40k and £45k. They would prefer that someone start out working from an office, but after you get a handle on the business, you can work from home two days a week.

If this Paraplanner role sounds of interest or any other roles, I am working on please get in touch. For more details please contact Sam Negbenebor at Financial Divisions
