Wireperson (Electrical Industry)

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced wireperson to join our client's team in Birchwood, Warrington. This is a temporary position with a competitive hourly rate of £18. If you have a strong background in wire control panels and reading wiring diagrams and schematic drawings, we want to hear from you!

As a wireperson, your main responsibilities will include:

Wiring control panels according to specifications and drawings
Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and schematic drawings
Installing and connecting electrical components and systems
Troubleshooting and repairing electrical faults
Testing circuits and ensuring they meet safety standards
Collaborating with other team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately
Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

Proven experience as a wireperson or similar role in the electrical industry
Strong knowledge of wire control panels and their components
Proficiency in reading and understanding electrical diagrams and drawings
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
Solid understanding of electrical safety regulations and procedures
Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
