An established organisation with exciting growth plans, my client is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their finance team located in Felixstowe, Suffolk.
Your new role
Working as part of a supportive finance team, your key focus will be overseeing the day-to-day credit control activities including:
- Maintaining customer database and records
- Manage new customer account set up, including credit limits
- Proactively collecting outstanding debt
- Aged debtor review and reporting
- Build strong relationships with customers and investigate and resolve queries
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the finance team and wider business
- Provide support in other areas of finance during peak periods
- Support with process and review improvement
What you'll need to succeed
You have a proven track record working in a credit control capacity with confident systems and IT skills. A proactive and positive approach and strong team work ethic will be key.
