Part Time HR Coordinator

We are looking for a HR Professional, based just outside of Horsham, to work on a Part Time basis for an award winning, growing and innovative team. It is due to growth that this role will be required. The focus of the role will be assisting the MD with with various HR functions such as on-boarding, employee records, compliance and recruitment. Day to day duties will include:

  • Helping with the on-boarding process for new employees, including issuing contracts, acquiring references and carrying out DBS checks
  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
  • Partnering with Managers within the business to monitor reviews, training and employee development.

This is a new role, and offers an excellent opportunity for someone to grow with the business.

The role is being offered on a Part Time basis, of between 14 - 21 hours per week, flexibility can be offered in how these hours are structured.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous HR experience.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
