HYBRID ROLE (3 days on site in Tadworth, 2 days remote)
The role of the Recruitment and Compliance Lead is to work in partnership with the Compliance Lead and Recruitment & Compliance Coordinators; and the wider People Team, as well as recruiting Managers, to provide an outstanding recruitment service. You will lead on implementing creative recruitment strategies, ensuring the delivery of proactive and unique recruitment methods that are tailored to a variety of industries. In addition you will lead on the management and assurance of compliance in all areas of recruitment and regulations.
Education & Qualifications
- Educated to degree level or demonstrable, equivalent professional experience Essential
- CIPD Level 5 qualification, or the commitment to achieve this within first 2 years of appointment Desirable
- Employment Law qualification Desirable
