As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Sales Account Manager to join their team and help expand their market presence.

Job Summary:

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the distribution and printing industry. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow key accounts within the distribution and printing industry.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture new markets.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Track and report sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to management.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager, preferably in the distribution or printing industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
  • Familiarity with printing technologies, distribution processes, and supply chain management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
