HR Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join a busy team within a local authority. This individual will provide administrative and professional support to the HR team and the wider business. They will contribute to the delivery of the people plan. This is achieved by ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of HR processes.
Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support.
  • Policy management.
  • HR Enquiries.
  • Recruitment support.
  • Record maintenance.
  • Training Coordination.
  • Ordering IT equipment.
  • Process improvement.
  • General HR projects.
  • Administer the benefits programme.
  • Maintain reports and create new reports on the HR system.

Experience:

  • GCSE's or equivalent.
  • CIPD Level 3 in Human Resource Practice is desirable however not essential.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a HR administrative role.
  • Experience of administrative functions within a HR function. (Ideally ITRIS CASCADE)
