Venn Group are currently engaged with a Housing Association who are looking to recruit a well rounded Finance Officer to support the payables team. The Successful Finance Officer will be responsible for a ensuring payments are processed accurately and timely.
Job title: Finance Officer
Location: Kent
Contract: 6 month fixed term contract
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 pa
Job responsibilities:
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
- Process BACS payments
- Ensure the organisation is compliant with procurement frameworks
- Ensure all data is accurately inputted and handled confidentially
- Provide a high level of service to external customers
- Assist with creating more efficient processes
Experience:
- Knowledge of the Housing sector
- Knowledge of Advanced Financials
