**IT Support Technician

An award-winning Managed Service Provider, is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join their Support Team. The role involves supporting multiple customers with their IT systems, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity. The successful candidate will be based in Ipswich, Suffolk, and will be part of a team renowned for delivering first-class quality service.
**Day to Day of the role:
- Handle break-fix support issues and manage Managed Service processes.
- Utilise PSA and RMM tools for day-to-day call management and issue reporting to Senior staff.
- Work confidently both independently and within a friendly and efficient support team.
- Receive ongoing training to further develop skills, knowledge, and experience.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience within the IT support industry.
- Essential knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience with PSA and RMM tools; management of these systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support individuals at all levels.
- Full and clean driving licence, willingness to travel to other work locations as needed.
- Ability to review business processes and identify potential efficiencies.
