This role is one for someone wanting to become a Financial Planner in the future and can see a demonstrable track record of this happening.
The firms current Paraplanner will be making the tranisition into Financial Planning in the New Year.
He has been acting as a "wingman" for one of the firms Directors, attending meetings with clients, writing up notes, doing the research and writing the reports. He has been learning by seeing.
As a result of this it means a space has opened up to take his place within the firm.
