You'll be responsible for:
- Technical support with help from a 1st line administrator. Areas include mechanical, electrical and engines (petrol and diesel hybrid) (60%)
- Design, improve and deliver product training. Could be in person, online, or instructional videos, with support from the team (30%)
- Manage the parts and warranty process, which is mature, with commercial opportunity (10%)

About you:
- Technical knowledge of engines, hydraulics and electrical systems. Possibly in an agricultural or automotive dealership, or within a manufacturer.
- A technical support professional, capable at training, customer-focused
- Keen to learn and find improvements
- Able to travel one or two days a week
