Receptionist

Our Wallington based client is seeking an experienced Receptionist for a three -six-week temporary assignment.

Job Description:
As the first point of contact for the company, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for guests. This position involves coordinating front desk activities, such as distributing correspondence, managing phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service. The ability to multitask and handle pressure is essential, along with maintaining a pleasant and friendly demeanour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
  • Provide accurate information to visitors in person, by phone, or via email
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and updating records
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude
