I am currently working with a progressive and forward thinking law firm who are currently undergoing an exciting expansion!!
The firm are now seeking an experienced Property Solicitor/Lawyer, who has experience in both Residential and Commercial Property to join their lively and vibrant office in St Albans.
You may be a Solicitor, Lawyer Cilex or an established Fee Earner. Preferably you will be over 5 years PQE+. But all levels are welcome to apply!
You will have access to a high quality, engaging, and varied caseload, with the opportunity to work on both residential and commercial property transactions, including but not limited to:
- Sales and purchases
- Leasehold and freehold properties
- Leases and licenses
- Re-mortgages
- Acquisition and disposals of land, plots and units
- Landlord and tenant services
You will be:
- Experienced in running your own caseload of Residential and Commercial Property matters
- Preferably have over 5PQE+ experience (cilex, or solicitor)
- Have excellent client care skills
- Ability to supervise a team of paralegals and support staff
- Demonstrate initiative and self-sufficiency
- Ability to handle a varied caseload, project-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
