Concierge
Salary - up to £35,000
We're looking for a Concierge to join one of London's most prestigious residential squares. This is a fantastic chance to engage directly with high-profile clients, manage key relationships, and be the face of the square. In this customer-facing role, you'll build trust, provide daily updates, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure high standards across all services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional concierge services and manage communication within your area.
- Conduct building inspections, ensuring safety and proactive garden care.
- Support maintenance efforts, working closely with the operations team to meet sustainability goals.
Requirements
- Experience in a high-end and customer focused position, ideally in a concierge type role
- Experience in managing customer expectations and relationships, sometimes with high-profile and challenging situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Some basic understanding of maintenance tasks
- Work as part of a team to deliver customer requirements
- Enhanced DBS check
Schedule: Full-time, rotating shifts, 8 am - 6 pm, 40 hours/week.
