Quinton Davies are pleased to announce that we have an amazing opportunity for an Invoice Administrator to join a FTSE AIM UK 100 company as they continue to hit their impressive growth targets - here are the details of the job vacancy:

Job title: Invoice Administrator
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000
Location: Bristol (3 days a week in the office, 2 from home)

Here are a few examples of what your daily tasks would include:

  • Processing all trade sales and purchase invoices in order to achieve the Group's financial objectives, in a timely and accurate manner
  • Generating sales invoices on a daily basis
  • Processing purchase invoices and prepare suppliers' payments on due dates
  • Resolve all outstanding queries on suppliers' statements
  • General office administration, including answering the telephones

Sound interesting? These are the required skills for the role:

  • Previous experience in sales and purchase ledger administration
  • Excellent computing and numeracy skills
  • Great communication skills to be able to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational skills

Experience in the following is not essential butwill help you in the role:

  • Qualified or studying for AAT, or similar

Location: You would be required at the office in Bristol and the candidate needs to be within a commutable distance.
