Our client based in Dorking is looking for an Administrator to assist the Business Support Team, by providing a range of support to ensure things run smoothly. This is a client facing role that plays a key part in the company's operations and ensures a first-class delivery service externally and internally to their clients. The ideal Administrator will be a self-motivated individual who is able to use their own initiative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception and switchboard
  • General administrative support
  • Telephone and email communication
  • Provide refreshments for internal or external meetings as required
  • Prepare meeting rooms as required
  • Distribution of internal documents
  • Franking and prepare post for despatch
  • Taking post and special deliveries to the Post Office
  • Opening new files and archiving old files/documents
  • Administer the arching filing system
  • Reviewing and scanning client ID onto the database
  • Perform any other duties as reasonably requested from time to time

Experience and Skills Requirements

  • Experience in a reception role and ability to use switch boards
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • IT literate
  • Good telephone manner
  • Good organisation and time management
