Our client based in Dorking is looking for an Administrator to assist the Business Support Team, by providing a range of support to ensure things run smoothly. This is a client facing role that plays a key part in the company's operations and ensures a first-class delivery service externally and internally to their clients. The ideal Administrator will be a self-motivated individual who is able to use their own initiative
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception and switchboard
- General administrative support
- Telephone and email communication
- Provide refreshments for internal or external meetings as required
- Prepare meeting rooms as required
- Distribution of internal documents
- Franking and prepare post for despatch
- Taking post and special deliveries to the Post Office
- Opening new files and archiving old files/documents
- Administer the arching filing system
- Reviewing and scanning client ID onto the database
- Perform any other duties as reasonably requested from time to time
Experience and Skills Requirements
- Experience in a reception role and ability to use switch boards
- Strong written and verbal communication
- IT literate
- Good telephone manner
- Good organisation and time management
