Office Assistant

Due to expanse, our client is currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join their amazing and family team based near the Hartley Wintney area.

It is essential that all applicants have some form of previous experience working as a Care Worker, Care Assistant or Support Worker and also have good admin and /or IT skills.

You must also be a driver and own your own transport to be considered for this fabulous opportunity as the location is not easy on public transport.

Duties:

- Dealing with care staff and managing thier work shifts and patterns/rotas
- Answering the office telephone and taking accurate messages
- Booking shifts with clients
- Allocating care staff to work
- Updating in-house computer systems
- Ensuring care staff paper work is all in order and filed accurately
- Meeting care staff to discuss any issues that may arise
- Administration
- Other related tasks

We need someone that has the following qualities:

- Professional and articulate
- Highly presentable and confident over the phone and in person
- Good standard of IT skills
- Polite and courteous telpehone manner
- A real team player
- Ideally a qualification with health & social care
- Someone who is proactive and likes to be in a busy and sometimes demanding working environment

Benefits:

The salary for this role will be dependent on experience but we envisage this will be in the region of £23,000 - £26,000 per annum + excellent benefits and real career progression opportunities.
