Job Description:
As Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by nurturing relationships with valued clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise your in-depth knowledge of the property market to handle a diverse portfolio of properties. Identify potential buyers, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- You must have at least six months experience of successful sales experience in the property industry, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Full UK driving license.
