My clients a small niche Freight Forwarder , seeking an experienced Export road freight clerk to join their team
Duties would include:
- Handling road freight export operations
- Manifest daily export trailers
- Sending pre-advice
- Monitoring shipments start-finish
- Chasing and processing POD's
- Transport planning for same day collections
- Liaising with hauliers to provided quotations for special collections/ deliveries
- Updating customers
- Invoicing
- General admin/ data entry
Skills required:
- Experience handling road freight exports
- Knowledge of European groupage
- Ability to work well under pressure
- PC literate
- Good customer service skills
Working hours:
- Monday - Friday 0900am - 1730pm
