Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver dynamic Art lessons across KS3 and KS4, encouraging students to explore a variety of artistic techniques and mediums.
  • Develop lesson plans that cater to a range of abilities, ensuring all students can express their creativity and achieve success.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them refine their skills.
  • Contribute to the development of the Art curriculum, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the department.

What We're Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher with a specialism in Art (QTS is essential).
  • A deep passion for art and a strong desire to inspire and nurture students' creative abilities.
