The Role:

As Head of Maths, you will:
- Lead the Maths department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
- Develop and deliver innovative and engaging curriculum plans tailored to our students' needs.
- Support students with varying levels of ability, helping them build confidence and achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive whole-school improvement and support the wider school community.
What We're Looking For:
- A qualified Maths teacher with a track record of success in raising standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire both staff and students.
- Experience in working within an alternative provision or with students who require additional support (desirable).
- Passionate about making a difference in students' lives and committed to inclusive education.
