About the Role:
As a Solar Sales Executive, you will be pivotal in driving sales of solar systems to both residential and commercial customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Understanding client needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements
- Conducting thorough surveys and presenting detailed proposals
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Following up on inbound leads and explaining the benefits of solar systems
- Consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs and sales targets, and reporting progress to the leadership team
- Managing and updating the client database
Compensation:
Base salary will be between £28k - £34k depending on your sales experience, the first year OTE will be around £55k, this is uncapped so for exceptional candidates the earning potential can be higher.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven sales experience, ideally within the construction industry or a mix of B2B and B2C environments
- Personable and outgoing with strong interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and driven by success
- Excellent communication skills
