Your job description and duties:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom activities effectively.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them with their learning tasks and development.
- Help maintain a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and success.
- Assist in monitoring student progress, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to student reports.
- Help prepare teaching materials and resources, ensuring they are ready for use in lessons.
The ideal candidate needs to have:
- Have Right to work in the UK
- Have an Enhanced DBS on the update service
- Provide 2 proven professional references
- Previous experience working with young children, ideally in an educational setting,
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with young students.
- A nurturing and patient approach, with a genuine commitment to supporting student development.
- Collaborative and able to work effectively within a team of educators and support staff.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond to the varying needs of students.
