We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to service and drive forward our Industrial, Commercial and Engineering sectors.

Senior Recruitment Consultant Job Details & Benefits;
- £30,000 - £35,000 per annum dependant on experience
- Fantastic bonus scheme
- Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm (additional hours may be required to suit the business needs)

Senior Recruitment Consultant Job Specification;
- Business development and maintaining Client relationships
- Researching the local marketplace
- Attending networking events
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Managing the process from the interview to offer stage and beyond
- Assisting with marketing for the Company
- Being responsible for Company Social Media pages
- Working to team based and individual targets
- All other associated tasks as required by the Company
Senior Recruitment Consultant person Specification;
- A strong and proven track record of working within a sales environment
- Excellent Customer Service skills and confident manner
- Ability to multitask and react to Clients needs in a timely manner
- Fantastic communication skills with the ability to liaise with a range of Clients & Candidates
