Residential Conveyancing Locum
£30-40ph
Our client, a high street practice in Cornwall, are looking for a Residential Conveyancing locum to join them asap.
You will be dealing with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing matters relating to freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, transfer of equity, remortgages, and new builds.
You will ideally be available to start the role ASAP for a period of 2-3 months to assist with a busy caseload.
The role is Outside IR35 and paying a competitive hourly rate.
As this is an office-based role you must be available to commute into the office in Cornwall.
