Legal Executive Assistant

Posted by Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited.

Your new company
This firm is a well established UK law firm who has just launched their local Real Estate and Commercial department and are now looking for an Executive Assistant who can come in and support 4 fee earners.
Your new role
Your new role will be very varied. You will liaise with clients, building relationships, resolving queries, taking messages and distributing agendas for external meetings. You will also champion new initiatives in the firms policies/procedures, be thinking one step ahead of the lawyers and take responsibility for your own development. You will ensure lawyers diaries are managed/maintained, organise travel, monitor inboxes, manage work flow and manage aspects of file administration.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked within a legal administration/secretarial role previously and will be either looking for your next step and/or for a firm who prides itself on keeping and developing their employees. It would be beneficial if you've had exposure to legal environments but it's not required.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a salary between £30-34k alongside a generous benefits package. You will also benefit from their flexible hybrid working policy which requires you to be on site 50% of the time. There is no parking on site.
