Sales Manager - Retail / Wholesale - Basildon - £50k base + OTE (£70k)
The client are looking for a strong, disciplined leader to manage their internal sales team and bring in revenue, contributing to the business success. The company is a leading wholesale business, and you will report in directly to the board of Directors.
The Role
- Motivate and inspire the Sales team
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and solidify its presence
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by assessing the teams strengths and weaknesses
- Review and set clear KPI's, targets and goals, motivating your team to achieve those set
- Establishing productive and professional relationships with key clients and accounts
- Account manage existing client base
- Managing and updating forecasts and budgets monthly
- Providing daily reports of sales success
Package
- Up to £50,000 per annum basic, plus commission taking up to around £70k
