Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Business Support Officer based in Liverpool. This is a contract role working full time hours.
The job
- Provide professional business support for our client, as well as assisting with internal and external customers.
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas and follow ups, take accurate minutes at meetings.
- Support the delivery of safeguarding arrangements to multi-agency partners across the City.
- Assist with reporting and data, data migration and management, raising purchase orders and electronic filing.
- Act as a first point of contact for the service, answering phones and emails, ensuring professionalism is adhered to at all times.
The candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar position is essential
- Minute taking skills
- Strong organisational, administration skills and be highly skilled in all IT systems
- Knowledge of safeguarding skills preferred
