A forward thinking and sustainability minded Construction & Property Consultancy is looking to enhance their Plymouth office with the addition of an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
The incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a well-established consultancy with over 50 years success in the industry and 5 offices nationwide.
After considerable growth in the Southwest region the last couple years, this consultancy established a new division in the region and moved into a stunning office overlooking the waterfront in Plymouth.
Working in the Private Sector, there is an incredibly diverse and varied workload such as Student Accommodation, Private Developments & Residential. Also, branching out into Education (colleges, schools, higher education), Hotel, Blue Light & Defence.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be the third QS to join the team, working closely alongside a Chartered Senior and Associate. This flat company structure allows for uncapped progression opportunities and considerable autonomy with flexible working.
If you're an ambitious Quantity Surveyor who feels they have stagnated and wants to take the next step to Senior QS, or is in need of a final push with your APC, working side by side with two Chartered senior professionals with over 25 years combined experience in the industry who will be committed to helping you achieve MRICS, could be the perfect place for you!

The Senior Quantity Surveyor
Will have:
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a Consultancy environment
- MRICS or currently working towards
- Pre & Post Contract Experience
- RICS Accredited degree qualification
- Client facing, ambitious, confident
- Able to commute to Plymouth 2-3 days per week
- A valid UK driving license
