What will the role involve?

  • Working alongside the Commercial Team to develop appropriate pricing strategies across a range of key customer accounts
  • Ensuring pricing models deliver optimal commercial benefits for the business, support new business proposals and enable commercial targets to be met
  • Producing market insights, competitor analysis and reports
  • Working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders across different functions
  • Leading projects to developing robust processes, procedures and systems which support pricing management across the team / wider business

You will ideally have...

  • Previous experience working in a similar Pricing role in a B2B / Manufacturing environment
  • Excellent commercial acumen and strong analytical skills
  • Honed stakeholder engagement, influencing and leadership skills
  • Ability to take the initiative and work independently in an autonomous role
  • Good working knowledge of SAP / Power BI (although not essential)
