About you
You will work collaboratively as part of a committed team delivering an outstanding service. Assist the support team in putting customers first and empowering them to achieve their goals and aspirations. Undertake a range of tasks that contribute to the safe and effective delivery of the day-to-day service.
We are looking for someone with.
- An understanding of the barriers faced by vulnerable and diverse customer groups and individuals with complex needs.
- Experience of working in a team and communicating positively with other people.
- Experience of being able to organise tasks and plan accordingly whilst dealing with people.
